OPW, a global leader in fluid-handling solutions and a business unit within Dover's (NYSE: DOV) Fluids segment, today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Liquip International ("Liquip") headquartered in Smithfield, NSW, Australia.

The new MaxAir II Emergency Valves have been designed for use in fuel-handling applications on tank trailers transporting products such as gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, ethanol and other typical petroleum products carried in aluminum DOT 406-style tankers.

OPW Fluid Transfer Group has announced that Shawn Duvall has been appointed to the position of Technical Sales and Marketing Manager for Civacon/Knappco products. In this new role, he will lead the recently created Technical Sales and Marketing Department for Civacon/Knappco products. The department will be located in the Kansas City office.
