The new CARB AST Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) regulation establishes limitations for hazardous air pollutants emitted from ASTs used at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities. The new standards and specifications cover standing loss control, Phase I deliveries into ASTs and Phase II deliveries into motor vehicles. The Phase I EVR requirements went into effect in July 2010.
