Chicago, IL – Dover Fluid Management, a division of Dover Corporation announced today the promotion of Tim Warning to the position of President of its OPW Fluid Transfer Group (OPWFTG) effective immediately. Warning will take over for David Crouse who was recently appointed President of OPW Fueling Components, another Dover company. Tim will report directly to Dover Fluid Solutions Platform President, S. "Soma" Somasundaram.
Tim joined Dover in 2001 as President of OPW Engineered Systems, located in Lebanon, OH. He is also President of Sure Seal, Inc. located in Mineral Point, MO. Additionally, Tim was instrumental in establishing OPW Fluid Transfer Group's Brazil and India operations.

A graduate of Westminster College with a BA in Economics & Business Administration, Tim spent more than 20 years at OxyChem, holding various positions, including Vice President and General Manager of the company's Chlorinated Isocyanurates Division, prior to joining Dover.
