CINCINNATI, OHIO – April 23, 2009 – OPW, A Dover Company (NYSE: DOV) and the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, announced today that it has named Susan Hathaway, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hathaway joined Dover in 2001, beginning with OPW Engineered Systems. In 2005, she assumed the position of CFO for OPW Fluid Transfer Group, the parent company for OPW Engineered Systems. She will be replacing Mr. David Harris who is retiring in mid-May of this year. Mr. Harris has served as CFO for the company since 2007.
In March, OPW President, David Crouse introduced a new strategic growth initiative resulting in the company realigning its organizational structure from six business units into three: OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC), Fueling Containment Systems (OPW-FCS) and Fuel Management Systems (OPW-FMS). Ms. Hathaway will oversee the financial consolidation of these business units as well as OPW's international businesses. Ms. Hathaway will report directly to OPW's President, David Crouse.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Toledo and is a CPA.
