Smithfield, NC – OPW Fueling Containment Systems, A Dover Company (NYSE: DOV) and the global leader in commercial and retail petroleum equipment, is pleased to announce the release of its new 71SO-T Testable Overfill Prevention Valve.
“Updates to the 1988 EPA UST regulations are in process now and periodic overfill valve operational tests and inspection requirements are being defined,” explains Charles Liebal, Product Manager for OPW. “The new testable overfill prevention valve will make compliance with upcoming test requirements easier and more efficient. It will be the easiest, quickest, and most cost efficient way to ensure that overfill valves will operate when called upon, verifiable without removing them from the tanks.
