CINCINNATI, OHIO – OPW Fueling Components, the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, and sister company OPW Fluid Transfer Group, the global leader in fluid transfer equipment, announced today that they will combine their leadership structures to form the world's largest group focused on the distribution and transportation of critical fluids and fuels. Both companies are within the Dover Energy segment of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV).
Steve Van Pee was named Vice-President & General Manager of the group's Global Chemical & Industrial business unit. He will report directly to OPW President, David Crouse.
Prior to this appointment, Steve served as CFO for OPW Fluid Transfer Group, a position he has held since 2009. During this period of time, he was responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation of OPWFTG's domestic and international operations.
He joined Dover in 2000 as Senior Financial Analyst for Waukesha Bearings and in 2005, assumed the position of Financial Analyst for Dover Diversified, Inc. He returned to Waukesha Bearings in 2007 as CFO before joining OPW Fluid Transfer Group in 2009.
"Steve brings 16 solid years of proven leadership, management experience and financial expertise to this position, not to mention an in depth knowledge of the industries and customers we serve," said David Crouse. Van Pee has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from St. Norbert College, De Pere, WI and an MBA from The University of Tennessee.
