OPW will debut its new user-friendly SiteSentinel® Nano™ Tank Gauge, which packages intuitive software and a colour touchscreen in a compact console, at the 2014 UNITI Expo June 3-5 in Germany.
The SiteSentinel Nano's interface offers a calendar view that enables facility managers to filter and display alerts by date, tank and type of alert (deliveries, compliance, alarms and warnings). The calendar display features simple icons, while a "Favourites" function facilitates quick and easy recall of the most-used filter settings.
"The convenience of the SiteSentinel Nano's new calendar view and filtering options makes tracking fuel equipment and inventories quicker and easier than ever before," said Pete Neil, OPW Product Manager.
The SiteSentinel Nano utilizes OPW's multi-drop technology to accommodate 12 probes and 24 sensors. This technology has been proven to reduce installation costs by minimizing the wiring, conduit and labour needed to quickly launch an operational fuelling station. The console's sleek design yields a small equipment footprint while offering an easy-to-use 18cm colour touchscreen display.
"The Nano's multi-drop technology efficiently accommodates the requirements of a large-scale fuelling operation, while the console's sleek design makes it an ideal tank monitoring system for smaller fuel operations," Neil said.
Remote access to the SiteSentinel Nano user interface – available to site managers through any Web browser – allows monitoring, system training and support to take place off-site for reduced training costs. In addition, users can program their SiteSentinel Nano to send warning alerts via SMS, print, email and fax. The SiteSentinel Nano is certified by Underwriters Laboratories and ATEX, and is rated IP41.
Other OPW tank gauge products that will be on display at the UNITI Expo will include the SiteSentinel® iTouch™ Tank Monitoring System and the SiteSentinel® Integra 100/500™ Console.
