Watertight solution engineered to meet all of the EPA’s new 2018 UST regulations

In addition to being the newest member of the FibreTite family of sumps, the most watertight sumps on the planet, the FibreTite Tank Sump has been designed to meet all of the EPA’s new 2018 UST regulations, which go into full effect on Oct. 13.

The FibreTite Tank Sump functions as a liquid-tight isolation container and provides secondary containment for tank fittings, valves and pumps, as well as FlexWorks and fiberglass pipe fittings. This watertight wonder provides surface access to the tank itself, while creating a clean and dry environment for future service and maintenance. Additionally, the height-adjustable top hat accommodates different bury depths.
This innovation represents the only sump manufactured using superior Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) technology. The RTM process utilizes a two-sided mold to ensure consistent wall thickness and exceptionally smooth wall surfaces, inside and out, for an ultra-tight entry-fitting sealing surface.
