New offering allows easy access to installation videos for OPW loading-arm systems
Hamilton, OH, January 16, 2025 – OPW® Engineered Systems, a brand within the OPW Fluid Transfer Solutions business unit, is excited to announce the creation and availability of its new Loading Arm Central™ microsite, which is designed to provide customers with easy access to information on how to install, operate and maintain their OPW loading arms.
Access to the Loading Arm Central microsite is available through a yellow QR-code sticker located on every loading-arm shipping crate. When the QR code is scanned via a smartphone or other mobile device, a browser window opens and takes the installer to a video that describes step-by-step how to uncrate and install a loading arm, as well as providing access to a Product Category menu that contains direct links to product and service information for the loading arm's various components. When on the microsite, installers also have the option to download a copy of the current OPW Loading Arm Installation Manual in either English or Spanish. The microsite can also be entered directly via www.opwglobal.com/loading-arm-support.
“At OPW Engineered Systems our goal is to help ensure a safe and efficient loading-arm uncrating and installation process,” said Dave Jacobson, Global Product Manager for OPW Engineered Systems. “The videos that are housed in the Loading Arm Central microsite have been designed to give the installer access to all of the information needed to successfully uncrate, install and maintain an OPW loading-arm system, which can help ensure years of reliable performance. It also demonstrates the commitment of OPW to delivering the best service and support for its loading-arm systems and their users.”
