Prior to these latest approvals, the States of Texas and Wisconsin had already approved the 21Gv.

This is a new position as OPWFTG, in an effort to further enhance the organization's ability to provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions, has streamlined its four business units and eight global operations into two global business units: OPWFTG Global Transportation and OPWFTG Global Chemical & Industrial.

The desired result of this restructuring is to align its resources to more efficiently provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions through its well-known brands that include Civacon, Midland, Sure Seal, Hiltap and OPW Engineered Systems.

The OPWFTG Global Transportation Business Unit will consist of two market-focused entities: Global Rail and Global Cargo Tank/Truck. To ensure the smooth transition to and operation of the Global Cargo Tank/Truck Business Unit, OPWFTG has appointed Simon Hill as Director of the business unit. In this position, Hill will report to Tom Zant, Vice President of the Global Transportation Business Unit.

A critical step in making this transition is the appointment of Dan Taylor to the position of Site Manager for the Global Transportation Business Unit's manufacturing operation in Kansas City, MO. I

These two new business units are the result of the streamlining of OPWFTG's previous four business units and eight global operations. This has been done in an effort to align the company's substantial resources to further enhance its ability to provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions through its well-known brands that include Civacon, Midland, Hiltap and OPW Engineered Systems.

Helping ease the transition to this new organizational setup will be Greg Carrino, who has been named Director, Sales & Marketing for the Global Chemical & Industrial Business Unit. In this position, Carrino will report to Jeff Reichert, Vice President of the new OPWFTG Global Chemical & Industrial Business Unit.

The Brazilian operations of OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC) and OPW Fluid Transfer Group (OPW-FTG) have been joined to further strengthen the presence and actions of these important divisions of Dover Corporation in Brazil.

Ms. Hathaway joined Dover in 2001, beginning with OPW Engineered Systems. In 2005, she assumed the position of CFO for OPW Fluid Transfer Group, the parent company for OPW Engineered Systems. She will be replacing Mr. David Harris who is retiring in mid-May of this year. Mr. Harris has served as CFO for the company since 2007.
