OPW, A Dover Company (NYSE: DOV) and the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, announced today that Steve Stewart has joined its sales team as the new Eastern Canada District Manager. Stewart begins his tenure with OPW on July 5 and is responsible for the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia. Stewart will be based in Guelph, Ontario, and will report directly to Andy Strickland, Western Regional Manager for OPW Fueling Components.

The month’s second virtual training seminar has been scheduled for July 21-22 from 8-11 a.m. CDT each day and will focus on the EECO 1500/2000 Tank Gauges. The seminar will introduce attendees to the EECO 1500/2000 tank gauges, including demonstrations on system start-ups and general operations, and an overview on programming. The EECO 1500/2000 tank gauges are multi-function, high-quality tank-monitoring systems that provide real-time, accurate inventory information for up to four fuel-storage tanks.

Originally founded in 1961, Petro Vend led the way in fuel-control system innovations during its first few decades of existence. Then, in 1988 Petro Vend was acquired by OPW Fueling Components, but was marketed as the leading fuel-control systems brand. Following the acquisition, OPW also acquired EMCO Electronics in 2002 and combined its fuel-control operations under the newly created OPW Fuel Management Systems business unit.
