Dover announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Belanger, Inc. business (“Belanger”), a leading full-line car wash equipment manufacturer. Following the close of the transaction, Belanger will become part of the OPW business unit, a global leader in fluid handling solutions, in Dover’s Fluids segment.
