OPW, the global leader in integrated fluid handling solutions, announced today that effective immediately, it has combined its Above Ground and Below Ground Business Units. The new business unit will be known as OPW Retail Fueling.

For OPW Fueling Components operations, Sankha will report to Richard Chen, Managing Director of OPW Asia Pacific, and have the responsibilities for all OPW operations in India, including the shared service management. India Design Centre will have a dotted line reporting into him.

Charlie Li will report directly to Richard Chen, Managing Director of OPW Asia Pacific, and will have the responsibilities for all OPW operations in China, including Shared Services.

Susan Hathaway was named CFO of the combined OPW group. She will oversee the global financial operations for all of OPW. She will continue to report directly to OPW President, David Crouse.

Steve Van Pee was named Vice-President & General Manager of the group's Global Chemical & Industrial business unit. He will report directly to OPW President, David Crouse.

Ann Miller was named Vice-President, Human Resources of the combined group. She will have global HR responsibility and will continue to report directly to OPW President, David Crouse.

David Crouse has been named President of the group. OPW Fluid Transfer Group President, Tim Warning, has been named President of a company within the Dover Engineered Systems segment.

In this critical role, Olenick will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic product growth plans across each of OPW’s market segments. He will report directly to Rahul Deshmukh, Vice President and General Manager of OPW Fueling Components.

In his new role, Shelton will be responsible for global deployment of key strategic initiatives across OPW’s Clean Energy business, which includes CNG, LPG and Hydrogen dispensing and hanging hardware products. He will report directly to Keith Moye, OPW’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

In this role, Lauber will partner with OPW functional teams and be responsible for planning, leading and commercializing key projects that will greatly enhance OPW’s ability to provide its customers with innovative and industry leading solutions. He will report directly to Aldo Sucaldito, Product Manager for OPW’s Above Ground Business unit.
