Dear OPW Team,
After almost 16 years with OPW/Dover, Keith Moye, VP/GM, Vehicle Wash Solutions (VWS), has informed me of his decision to retire at the end of April 2025. During his time with OPW, Keith has been a valuable member of my team, having held a variety of leadership positions including roles in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Digital and, most recently, General Management. Keith has had a significant impact on OPW over the years, being instrumental in crafting the OPW brand through his focus on marketing and was also key to driving the VWS growth strategy through the acquisitions of Belanger, ICS and Transchem Group. Additionally, he laid the foundation for OPW's Digital journey. Keith commented, “I'd like to thank all the amazing and talented people across OPW and Dover that I've worked with over the last 15-plus years. It has been an honor to work with you and I take great pride in what we've accomplished together. The future is bright for both VWS and OPW.”
With Keith's decision to retire, I'm pleased to announce that David Dougherty, GM PDQ, has accepted the opportunity to be the new VP/GM Vehicle Wash Solutions (VWS). Dave has been key member of the VWS team for close to 28 years and has held a variety of leadership positions in the PDQ business during that time. Under Dave's leadership, that business has achieved significant growth over the past number of years. During his time with OPW and PDQ, Dave has gained deep knowledge of the vehicle wash industry and I'm confident that this knowledge, as well as the relationships that he has built, will position him well in his new role.
Dave and Keith will work closely together over the upcoming months to ensure a smooth leadership transition. The Vehicle Wash Solutions Leadership team will report to Dave starting immediately and he will continue to manage the PDQ business directly during the transition.
Please join me in wishing Keith all the best in his well-deserved retirement and provide your full support to Dave as he transitions into his new role.
Kevin Long
President, OPW
