New branding displays OPW commitment to shaping the future of clean energy
Hamilton, OH, April 14, 2025 – SPS Cryogenics B.V. has created a new company logo to signify its full integration into OPW Clean Energy Solutions. The new logo displays the status of SPS Cryogenics B.V. as a full-fledged member of OPW Clean Energy Solutions, a business unit of OPW, a Dover company, following its acquisition in August 2024.
OPW Clean Energy Solutions has grown substantially this past year, acquiring several companies in its commitment to shape the future of clean energy. These groundbreaking companies include Demaco, CPC-Cryolab and SPS Cryogenics B.V.
SPS Cryogenics B.V., based in Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands, develops complete vacuum-insulated pipeline systems worldwide that feature super-insulated tee’s, elbow’s, phaseseparators, subcoolers, valves or flexible hoses, which allow for the safe handling of many industrial gases including LNG, CO2, liquid argon (LAR), liquid nitrogen (LIN) and liquid oxygen (LOX). SPS Cryogenics B.V. is ISO 9001:2015 and VCA certified.
SPS Cryogenics B.V. also includes its sister company, Special Gas Systems (SGS) B.V., which was founded in 2006 to complement the production of cryogenic piping systems. This sister company specializes in trade-in loose parts, gas panels and systems.
Both of the companies are featuring a dynamic team and using the latest developments in the field of stock management, business processes and are equipped with a CNC machine hall, sawmill and four fully equipped mounted vehicles.
