OPW is pleased to announce the launch of the industry’s first Fibrelite GRP above ground fill sump range. The new GRP above ground fill sump range – including model S22SH-2/AGF – is the result of collaboration with a global oil company and has been specifically designed to replace existing concrete sumps and connect to existing underground piping for easy installation.

Effective April 1, 2014, all Fibrelite products will be integrated into OPW Retail Fueling order entry, shipping, and billing systems. Order entry for Fibrelite products will now be handled through the OPW Retail Fueling customer service group. Fibrelite products are now covered by OPW Retail Fueling 2014 Terms and Policies, which means they are now eligible for free freight allowances in accordance with the OPW Retail Fueling Freight Policy.

OPW and KPS recently visited the Autocomplex 2013 show in Moscow to meet with existing and new customers.

OPW, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Lianyungang Jump Petroleum Chemical Machine Co. Ltd ("Jump"). Jump is a leading provider of top loading and LNG onshore loading equipment in China. The company will become part of OPW's Chemical & Industrial business unit. Jump products will be marketed in the Asia-Pacific region.

OPW has acquired UK-based Fibrelite, a leader in composite access covers and containment systems for retail fueling sites and Sweden-based Kungsors Plast AB ("KPS"), a leader in high density polyethylene (HDPE) fusion piping systems for retail fueling sites.

OPW and Petroman, a UK-based company specializing in the development, manufacture and installation of vapour-control systems for the petrochemical industry, began collaboration in July 2008 and jointly developed the TVS.

As part of OPWFTG's strategic growth initiative, in 2009 the company was organized into two global units: OPWFTG Global Transportation and OPWFTG Global Chemical & Industrial. Mr. Pliska will oversee the global Transportation Business Unit that markets Civacon, Knappco, Hiltap, OPW Engineered Systems and Midland brand products.

As part of OPWFTG's strategic growth initiative, in 2009 the company was organized into two global units: OPWFTG Global Transportation and OPWFTG Global Chemical & Industrial.

This is a new position as OPWFTG, in an effort to further enhance the organization's ability to provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions, has streamlined its four business units and eight global operations into two global business units: OPWFTG Global Transportation and OPWFTG Global Chemical & Industrial.

The desired result of this restructuring is to align its resources to more efficiently provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions through its well-known brands that include Civacon, Midland, Sure Seal, Hiltap and OPW Engineered Systems.

The OPWFTG Global Transportation Business Unit will consist of two market-focused entities: Global Rail and Global Cargo Tank/Truck. To ensure the smooth transition to and operation of the Global Cargo Tank/Truck Business Unit, OPWFTG has appointed Simon Hill as Director of the business unit. In this position, Hill will report to Tom Zant, Vice President of the Global Transportation Business Unit.

A critical step in making this transition is the appointment of Dan Taylor to the position of Site Manager for the Global Transportation Business Unit's manufacturing operation in Kansas City, MO. I

These two new business units are the result of the streamlining of OPWFTG's previous four business units and eight global operations. This has been done in an effort to align the company's substantial resources to further enhance its ability to provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions through its well-known brands that include Civacon, Midland, Hiltap and OPW Engineered Systems.

Helping ease the transition to this new organizational setup will be Greg Carrino, who has been named Director, Sales & Marketing for the Global Chemical & Industrial Business Unit. In this position, Carrino will report to Jeff Reichert, Vice President of the new OPWFTG Global Chemical & Industrial Business Unit.

OPW Fluid Transfer Group President, Tim Warning, announced today that the company has made several strategic organizational changes to align OPW's substantial resources to further enhance the organization's ability to provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions.

The Brazilian operations of OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC) and OPW Fluid Transfer Group (OPW-FTG) have been joined to further strengthen the presence and actions of these important divisions of Dover Corporation in Brazil.

Warning will take over for David Crouse who was recently appointed President of OPW Fueling Components, another Dover company. Tim will report directly to Dover Fluid Solutions Platform President, S. "Soma" Somasundaram.
