OPW Fuel Management Systems, part of OPW Fueling Components, is pleased to announce the availability of its new automated Dispenser Terminal Control (DTC) Fuel Control System, which allows communication to third-party in-dispenser card reader/terminal that enables fleet owners to confidently manage and support their fueling operations.

He will assume his new responsibilities effective immediately. Dan will report to Richard Chen, Managing Director for OPW Asia-Pacific.

The markets covered in this agreement include Europe and other select markets within EMEA. A new, locally assembled and co-branded hose named “Avance by OPW” is available from OPW’s European operations. OPW and Petroman, a UK-based company specializing in the development, manufacture and installation of vapour-control systems for the petrochemical industry, began collaboration in July 2008 and jointly developed the TVS.

Hess comes to OPW after spending the past 21 years at Franklin Fueling Systems GmbH in Wittlich, Germany, the last 11 of which he served as Franklin Fueling’s Director and Vice President of EMEA.

In this position, Lewis will report directly to Keith Moye, OPW’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

A sturdy, steel skirt extends nearly a foot below grade to ensure trouble-free installation in deep concrete, and optional skirts that extend a full 19-1/4” below grade are available in 12” and 18” diameters for sandy soil locations.
