The new CARB AST Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) regulation establishes limitations for hazardous air pollutants emitted from ASTs used at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities. The new standards and specifications cover standing loss control, Phase I deliveries into ASTs and Phase II deliveries into motor vehicles. The Phase I EVR requirements went into effect in July 2010.

The State of New York recognizes that the use of the OPW 21Gv increases system efficiency when used in place of non-ORVR compatible nozzles, thus giving further incentive for its use with vacuum-assist Stage II systems.

Prior to these latest approvals, the States of Texas and Wisconsin had already approved the 21Gv.

Ms. Hathaway joined Dover in 2001, beginning with OPW Engineered Systems. In 2005, she assumed the position of CFO for OPW Fluid Transfer Group, the parent company for OPW Engineered Systems. She will be replacing Mr. David Harris who is retiring in mid-May of this year. Mr. Harris has served as CFO for the company since 2007.

A component of this change is the streamlining of OPW's six-business-unit structure into three.

Jim is a 25-year veteran of OPW and for the past eight years has served as Vice President, OPW Environmental Systems for the company. This position has been created as part of the company's new strategic growth initiative recently introduced by OPW President, David Crouse.
